A: Generally, the delivery time is 20-30 working days after receiving advance payment. Our machines are packaged using wooden pallets and wrapped with films.

A: Any part or component damage caused by machine quality issue during one year, we will repair or replace the part free of charge, but buyer will pay the shipping charges. After one year, we will offer spare parts and buyer should pay the costs.

1. As per customer’s request, we can send your technician to customer’s plant for on-site installation and training. Buyer should be responsible for our technician’s daily allowances (100 dollars), tickets, accommodation and food charges.
2. Customer can come to our workshop for operation training.
3. We can send our detailed user manual and operation video.

A: Yes, we can provide most documents, such as certificates of analysis and qualification, insurance document, certificate of origin and other documents required for export.

A: We accept payment by Western Union or PayPal, 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
